We are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Human Resource Assistant to join our HR team. The HR Assistant will play a crucial role in supporting various HR functions, maintaining employee records, and ensuring compliance with company policies and procedures. The ideal candidate will be a dedicated and resourceful individual who is passionate about HR and capable of handling confidential information with discretion.

Responsibilities and Duties: 

  • Provide administrative assistance to the HR department, including filing, data entry, and document management.
  • Maintain accurate and up-to-date employee records, both physical and digital.
  • Assist in the recruitment process by posting job openings, scheduling interviews, and coordinating candidate communications.
  • Prepare new hire paperwork and assist in the onboarding process.
  • Address employee inquiries and requests promptly and professionally.
  • Assist in organizing employee engagement initiatives, events, and activities.
  • Support benefits administration by assisting employees with benefits-related inquiries and enrollment.
  • Assist in the maintenance of benefits records.
  • Ensure compliance with company policies, procedures, and relevant employment laws.
  • Assist in the development and distribution of HR policies and guidelines.
  • Coordinate training programs and workshops as directed by the HR Manager.
  • Track and report on employee training and development activities.
  • Prepare HR-related reports and assist in HR metrics tracking.
  • Provide general support to the HR team as needed, contributing to a positive and collaborative HR environment.
  • Assist in organizing HR-related meetings and events.

Qualifications and Skills:

  • Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field is preferred.
  • Proven experience as an HR Assistant or in a similar administrative role is a plus.
  • Strong interpersonal and communication skills.
  • Excellent organizational skills with a keen eye for detail.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook).
  • Basic knowledge of HR practices, policies, and employment laws is desirable.
  • Discretion and ability to handle confidential information with sensitivity.
  • Strong multitasking abilities and the capacity to prioritize tasks effectively.
  • Adaptability and willingness to learn and grow in the HR field.
